State of the Art Enclosure Manufacturing & Testing Facility

Yancey Engineered Solutions (YES) is located in Griffin, GA, just 8 miles from the Caterpillar’s Griffin Engine manufacturing plant. Our location is a 50-minute drive from the Atlanta airport, and we’re located less than 20 minutes from I-75.

Our facility was built and opened in 2006, and in 2010 we added an additional 21,000 square feet of manufacturing space to bring our total to 53,000 total square feet of climate-controlled production and design space.

We have 3 overhead 25-ton Cranes to meet any and all lifting needs. All manufacturing and testing is done indoors in a climate-controlled environment.

Our Testing Department has three indoor test cells plus a test cell office capable of handling whatever testing requirements are needed.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YANCEY ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS FACILITY 

• From I-285 on the south side of Atlanta, take I-75 south appx. 35 miles.
• Travel south past McDonough and Locust Grove to exit #205 (Hwy. 16 W./Griffin).
• Take exit 205 for Hwy. 16 W toward Griffin (exit right off I-75).
• Follow Hwy. 16 W for 6 miles to South McDonough Rd.
• Turn left onto South McDonough Rd. 
• Follow South McDonough Rd. 3.7 miles into Orchard Hill Community. 
• Turn right onto County Line Rd./Johnston Rd. 
• Stay on County Line Rd. for 3.3 miles to intersection with Ethridge Mill Rd. 
• Turn left onto Ethridge Mill Rd.    Travel 1 mile.
• YES will be on left. Turn left off Ethridge Mill Rd. into Ethridge Mill Ind. Park.
