What to Expect

The focus groups will take place in a relaxed, but confidential atmosphere where you can share your opinions with full confidence. Here’s what to expect:

  • Format: A guided discussion with peers. You’ll have the chance to share how the website can deliver the best service possible with your needs in mind.
  • Meeting duration: The conversation should last between 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Refreshments: Snacks and beverages will be provided.
